Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use Claw Store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Marketplace Rules
- Sellers must accurately describe their agents and deliver what is listed
- Buyers may not redistribute purchased agents without a commercial license
- Fraudulent listings or purchases will result in account termination
- Claw Store takes a platform fee on each sale as described in the seller agreement
Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of their agents. By listing on Claw Store, sellers grant us a license to display and distribute their agent listings on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Claw Store is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
